Case Details

This patient has been involved in an accident and had fallen down, resulting in the knocking out of the 2 front middle teeth along with supporting bone and the relocation of 2 other teeth directly adjacent to them. As a result, these 2 teeth will need to be extracted, a bone augmentation procedure involving a double autogenous bone block graft will need to be performed, and 4 dental implants will be placed free-handedly within the same appointment.
