Case Details
This patient decided to extract all of his upper teeth and to get a full-arch screw-retained implant prosthesis. For this patient, no vertical bone reduction was necessary and the patient was even more happier that this was not needed or performed. Instead, only the teeth that are missing were needed to be restored – not soft tissue or gingiva. Finally, the patient received 10 dental implants that retain and support a full-arch implant bridge made of zirconia which could also be referred to as an, “All-on-10”.
