A tooth fracture has occurred on tooth #13 along with the presence extensive decay on tooth #14 resulting in the extraction of both teeth. Two implants are immediately placed into the site and allowed to heal for a desired period of time before they are functionally loaded with implant abutments and crowns.

Description: Two teeth were extracted (one due to extensive decay and the other due to a root fracture) and was followed by immediate placement of two endosteal implants on the same day. Once the implants have undergone adequate osseointegration with the bone the implants are then restored.
